We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days.
- During busy periods, launches or seasonal sales, processing may take slightly longer.
UK Delivery
- Standard UK shipping: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped (if tracked shipping is selected).
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide where available.
- Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
- Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive separately depending on stock levels and production times.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we do everything we can to get your order to you quickly, delays caused by postal services, weather, customs or strikes are outside of our control. If you believe your parcel is lost, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

- Machine wash at 30°C.
- Wash inside out with similar colours.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Iron inside out on a low heat. Do not iron directly over the embroidery.
- Do not dry clean.
