Shipping policy

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Check below to see prices & how long it will take to receive your order once you’ve received a shipping email from us:

  • During the holiday season or busy periods, the shipping times may take longer than usual. Our aim is to deliver orders in the UK within a period of 1-2 weeks, while outside the UK, deliveries may take up to 2-4 weeks.
  • Shipping times may vary and may not take this long. As we are a small business, everything is made to order which is why shipping times may be longer than usual.

UK / Channel Islands

  • £3.99 - Express Shipping (Expedited is currently unavailable)

Please allow 1-2 days for Express Shipping

All UK orders are sent with 24hr first class shipping and a tracking number will be provided once dispatched. 

Europe

  •  Europe: £18 - Standard Shipping

  • Ireland: £13 - Standard Shipping

Please allow 3-4 working days for Standard Shipping

International Outside of Europe

  •  USA: £24 - Standard Shipping ​

  • Australia: £15 - Standard Shipping

  • New Zealand: £18 - Standard Shipping

  • Rest of the World: £18 - Standard Shipping

Please allow 5-7 working days for Standard Shipping

Important Note: When placing an order outside of the UK to the EU & other international countries, unfortunately, we are not responsible for any extra taxes or customs fees that may be incurred. This is the customers responsibility. If fees are incurred please make sure to pay these to avoid your parcel being returned to us 

We are not responsible for delayed shipment or lost orders. If there are any issues receiving a parcel after it has been shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to get in contact with their postal service. We cannot offer refunds or replacements due to issues as such.

RETURNS

We are happy to accept a return within 14 days of ordering if there are any defaults or defects with the items (tags must be attached). For customised pieces unfortunately we cannot accept returns. Refunds can be accepted if the item is faulty, item to be returned at the cost of the customer.
